Policies and Contract Information
These are my policies on my bulldog or Frenchie pups. If you have specific questions, please inquire.
Breeder will provide the documentation of current vaccinations and other pertinent medical information performed based on a licensed Veterinarian. Breeding will provide the AKC registration application along with the puppy on the day of delivery/pickup. The breeder has done everything possible to produce healthy, sound puppies both by breeding only purebred healthy dogs (parents) and by raising the puppies in the best way possible in regards to diet, exercise, socialization and veterinary care.
Terms of Warranty:
•Buyer agrees to have the dog examined by a licensed veterinarian at buyers expense within 5 days from the date of possession. If the veterinarian does not give the dog a clean bill of health, buyer must notify the seller immediately. Seller reserves the right to have the dog re-examined by our veterinarian at our cost. Any condition that is minor, correctable or a breed related minor condition is not covered. Any condition which will not go away, or is considered to be a condition which a puppy will not likely grow out of is covered. If the dog is then found not to be in good health, seller will resume possession if agreeable to both parties. Seller does not accept responsibility for contagious disease diagnosed after 3 days from the date of possession.
• Heat stroke, exhaustion, dehydration and other heat related conditions are NOT covered in any way.
•This warranty does NOT cover cherry eye, entropion, extropion, distichiasis, corneal ulcers and conjunctivitis. This warranty does NOT cover allergies. These are common problems in the breed and are not covered in any way.
•In the event of death of a puppy for anything that IS covered in the warranty, an autopsy must be performed for warranty to be valid. Results of the autopsy must be shared with the breeder and the breeders veterinarian.
•All puppies are guaranteed against crippling hip & elbow dysplasia until the age of twenty four (24) months. A second opinion is required by the sellers veterinarian at the expense of the breeder. This warranty excludes dysplasia by environmental factors; injuries; or Buyers mishandling. Sublaxation and OCD can be a result of poor nutrition, improper exercise and/or excessive crating. It is also the Breeders opinion that Unilateral Dyspalsia and DJD grade I is non-genetic and of injury or nutritional origin. No warranty will be provided for the above mentioned conditions. In the event that a warranty is necessary, Breeder will offer a replacement puppy comparable to the original purchase, from the next available litter. Warranty will be at the breeder’s discretion and may be subject to a second option by the breeders veterinarian. Replacement puppy will be of the same sex and color as originally purchased, with a maximum of one replacement per purchase. There will be NO MONITARY REFUNDS.
•All puppies are guaranteed against Degenerative Myelopathy Mutation, Hyperuricosuria and Canine Multifocal Retinopathy Type 1.
•Buyer agrees to keep the puppy in a secure environment with proper shelter without tying or chaining, provide adequate food and water; provide lots of love and attention; provide regular veterinary care; properly socialize puppy; protect puppy from injury such as allowing the puppy to jump downstairs; off furniture, or out of the back of a truck.
•Breeder agrees when puppy leaves for his/her new home that puppy is healthy and has had all current shots for puppies age. Breeder agrees that puppy has not been exposed to any unvaccinated animals while in breeders possession.
•Buyer agrees to keep puppy at home until the final Parvo shots are administered to puppy. The Parvo virus is extremely dangerous and is deadly to a puppy. A simple visit to the dog park with your puppy can expose your puppy to this very dangerous virus. Buyer agrees to keep puppy away from all other dogs, dog parks and other areas where dogs frequent until all parvo shots are given. Please use extreme caution with this virus. This contract does not cover any health conditions associated with this disease. Please consult with your veterinarian about this very deadly disease.
•It is agreed between the Breeder and Buyer that this puppy is being acquired as a family companion or to be used for tasks appropriate to the Bulldog breed, or for exhibition in conformation, obedience, or agility competition.

* The buyer agrees that the puppy will be placed in the sellers home between 8 and 10 weeks of age. If the puppy is not picked up by 10 weeks of age there will be an additional $50 a week charged for board.
* The buyer agrees that the address on this contract is the address the puppy will be homed. If this puppy is co-owned - both parties names, addresses and phone numbers must be submitted on this contract and BOTH parties must sign and agree to the terms.
•The buyer agrees that the purchase of a puppy is a lifetime commitment and should be taken extremely seriously. If you can no longer provide care for the puppy, the Breeder will take the puppy back, along with all registration documentation (signed appropriately to return ownership to the breeders), all vaccination and veterinary treatment records including all health testing. With this commitment, the Buyer should never take the puppy to an animal shelter or place the canine in another home. Buyer should contact the Breeder immediately if there are thoughts of rehoming the puppy. The Breeder will not issue a refund or provide another puppy if the animal is surrendered.
